Cryptographic Data Sovereignty & Identity Protection
This document details the Zero-Knowledge cryptographic privacy protections, sandboxed inter-engine communication protocols, and self-sovereign credential boundaries enforced across the entire Nova Holding platform.
Zero-Knowledge Cryptographic Custody Standard
Nova Holding Corporation utilizes client-side Zero-Knowledge (ZK) attestation protocols for all dashboard authentications. Private encryption keys, hardware-bound biometric signatures, and multi-signature authorization credentials remain strictly isolated on local Secure Enclaves and are never exposed or transmitted to central databases.
Information Aggregation & Ledger Scopes
Data collection is strictly limited to cryptographic wallet public keys, transaction validation hashes, and multi-signature authorization states required to verify parent unit ownership and program automated dividend payouts across all 5 operating engines. No marketing telemetry or peripheral tracking metadata is recorded.
Inter-Engine Data Isolation & Sandboxing
Operational telemetry across wholly owned subsidiaries (Atzpay, Pixelnovaswap, Nova IP Hub, Nova XR Metaverse, and Enterprise Core Gateway) executes within independent, cryptographically sandboxed nodes. Investor profile records and identity keys are never cross-pollinated or shared across subsidiary execution rails.
Sovereign Compliance & Non-Monetization Warranty
All treasury allocation records and quarterly dividend claims are cryptographically anchored and audited under strict institutional compliance standards. Nova Holding provides an absolute warranty against selling, renting, licensing, or commercializing investor transaction histories or identity metadata.
Keyholder Sovereignty & Data Revocation
Registered unit holders retain unilateral control over active sessions, paired FIDO2 hardware keys, and device authenticators. Session authorization tokens can be instantly revoked and cleared from protocol relay nodes via the Security Node interface.
